GETTING STARTED THE RIGHT WAY

SQData’s StartRight is a customized offering that is intended to assist customers with the installation, configuration, and pilot interface development using the SQData technology in their environment.

StartRight includes formal introductory training on the SQData technology that highlights specific customer examples for increased efficiency and knowledge retention.

The scope of a typical StartRight services engagement consists of the following:

Assisting with the installation and configuration of the SQData product components.
Designing, developing and testing one (1) to three (3) pilot SQData interfaces. These interfaces are generally a combination of data extracts and the related changed data propagation.
Conducting a formal on-site two (2) day 'Introduction to SQData' training session, customized to address the customer's environment.
Providing general consulting services on the configuration, tuning and problem determination of the integration framework components. The amount of consulting services is determined by the customer during the configuration of the StartRight services agreement.
